Location: GCC Region (UAE / Qatar / KSA)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Eligibility: Must hold valid GCC residency or a transferable work visa.
Sea-Service: Minimum 2 years as Chief Officer on offshore vessels with 6 months DSV experience.
Certifications: Valid National Master COC Unlimited.
Availability: Must be ready for immediate mobilization within the GCC.
