Job Offer Summary: 2nd Engineer 

Key Details   
- Position:2nd Engineer Officer III/2  
- Location:Berwick, USA  
- Visa Requirement:** Must have valid USA B1/B2 (preferred) or C1/D visa
-Current Ship Status:Off-hire/laid-up (under repairs) but with active charter interest  

Requirements
- Valid STCW certificates
- Proven offshore & DP experience
- Strong communication & teamwork skills  
- Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Compensation Structure
1. On-Hire Pay (When Ship is Active on Charter)
- Base Daily Rate:€250/day
- Sea Time Bonus:€48/day(pro-rated, paid in arrears)
- Total Potential Daily Earnings:€298/day

2. Off-Hire Pay (During Non-Charter Periods)
- Reduced Daily Rate:€204/day

 

Key Payment Terms 
"Paid in arrears"Sea Time Bonus is paid one month after the work period  - Base pay follows standard payroll schedule
